2018 Grant Applications Now Being Accepted
Canton-Inwood Area Health Foundation is now taking applications for 2018 Heart of the Community Health & Wellness Grants.
Heart of the Community Health & Wellness Grants will be awarded to community organizations and individuals based on their ability to promote and advance community health and wellness initiatives.
